Hi, your are bidding on a Nice Old 1966 C-10 Chevy Pickup Truck in very nice condition for her age. History of the Truck, me and my wife purchased this Chevy Truck in 2010 from a Older Gentleman in California. The previous owner mentioned it was his grandpa's truck and he spent MANY YEARS and money restoring this 66 Chevy C-10. He completed a total ground off restoration with the Cab being remove and rear Truck bed off to include the under carriage components being replaced. We are selling this Truck As Is with no refunds. My wife is scared of this truck its very Strong Running and Powerful its a Beast and sounds mean running down the road. So if your a girly Girl this truck is not for you. Its a Mans Truck or for a Lady that needs to feel the power. I will bring truck to you for 75 cents a mile for my hotels and gas expense after payment has been paid in full. Here is what the previous owner said he did on the Truck. Top part of the V-8 Engine was rebuilt with Corvette Heads New STAINLESS Steel Gas tank with new sending unit has been re-located and positioned near the rear of the Truck. Engine was converted to Electronic Fuel Injection EFI System New High performance starter New Exhaust and Headers with Dual Exhaust New Rhino Spray Liner for the side Bed New Interior Wiring Harness for EFI and new Interior Dash Gauges Newer Seat Belts We had the PRW Stainless Radiator installed by us in 2011. Newer Battery installed 2014 New Front and Rear Window molding seals New Front and Rear Bumpers The previous owner said he replaced the transmission from a Ford Car. Looks like all the suspension has been replaced by previous owner to include Front Disc Brakes and Power Booster for Master Cylinder. My lovely wife did the Truck Bed herself nice condition may need to be customized later down the road. This truck has an excellent sound system charged and powered with Ken Wood sound System . Newer Tires and Custom Rims in 2011 We have only driving around 362 miles since we purchased this Chevy Truck. Bad News I feel the previous owner had an average paint job still shines very well and will make a nice Daily Driver not show quality in my opinion. There is a few minor areas that will need a little TLC from a paint Guy. Tail gate and right front lower Door, are needing some attention nothing a Paint Guy can NOT repair. The Drivers door has a quarter size area was damaged when we had it ship to us in Tenn. The door rod needs to be installed again it came out. I have done the necessary repairs on the Driver's Door so that one thing taken off the list of doing. 5/11/15. Fuel gauge flickers some may have a lose wire connection on gauge or Gas tank sending unit.
