Additional Info: We have gotten a lot of message regarding rust and condition. The Jeep is in really good condition and runs well. Few things: The tachometer would need to be reattached. We just never did that when we got the larger tires because we knew it would be off. The windshield wipers do not work very well but we did replace the windshield. As far as any rust, there is a little underneath....but nothing too major especially being that it is a 1978. It has no heat (however, the engine heats the interior in the winter) and no air (because you usually drive with the top off). The body is in really good condition - it may need a little TLC in some places (few dings here and there) but we loved how rugged it looked and never did anything to it in those places because they were so minor.....it pales in comparison with the rest of the ride. It really is a show stopper, we get a ton of looks in this thing and people are always asking to take pics with it - its a great Jeep with lots of extras for the money.
