Up for auction is a 1959 Ford F-250 Custom Cab Styleside Longbed 4x4 Truck, truck has 48,603 original miles, truck is basically all original with the exception of the motor, which is a 1960 292 V8, I have the original 292 motor, which will be placed in the bed of the truck at the end of the auction. 1959 was the first year that Ford made four wheel drive trucks at the factory, which makes this truck a pretty rare item. This truck runs and drives, the brakes work, the transmission shifts smoothly, transfer case shifts smoothly, and the hubs engage and disengage. The four wheel drive works, as well as high and low range. It has the factory spare tire carrier, headliner. And it also comes with a near mint Custom Cab horn ring. I bought this truck from the original owner with the intention of restoring it, but now it is up for a new home. It has a clear title in my name, so no issues there.
