2004 Ford Crown Victoria P71 Police InterceptorOriginally a police vehicle from the City of Audubon Park Kentucky! Very strong engine. No knocks, misses or anything like that. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------SOME THINGS WORTH MENTIONING... Because nobody likes surprises! - The tire tread is low. They're okay, but will more than likely need to be replaced sooner than later. - Some minor rust beginning to develop under the doors and inside the wheel wells. - The AC is operational, but will probably need to be recharged.- There are various holes in the interior trim pieces where police equipment was previously mounted.- There's a hole in the roof (plugged with silicone and a rubber plug) where a lightbar cord was previously ran.- The battery in this car is weak. If the vehicle sits for more than a day or two, it will need a boost to start. - The steering is very stiff. I suspect the power steering pump has died and will need to be replaced. - The car has various dings, scrapes and scratches. (It's an 11 year old used police vehicle. It's to be expected.)- The airbag light is on. I don't know why. It's been on ever since I bought it and I never cared enough to research it. - The bulbs in the instrument panel were replaced with cheap LEDs, and some are starting to fail and flicker.- The car is due for an oil change. (I used Mobil 1 5w30 Full Synthetic ever since I've owned it.) - Some impressions and residue remain from where the old police logos and decals used to be. - The spotlight works, but the handle can be finicky at times. It probably needs taken apart and the contacts cleaned. - There's a tear in the top of driver's seat (see pic) maybe it rubbed against a shotgun mount, or something? - The check engine light comes on from time to time for an EVAP fault. I was told it has something to do with the gas fill neck grommet. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Inspections in person are encouraged and highly recommended.
