1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4x4 6 Cyl 4.0 White with Gray Interior for sale by second owner purchased from Jeep Dealer in 1999 with around 26000.00 miles. with a 4 inch lift. Very good condition. Clear Title. AM/FM Radio/ Cassette. power locks, windows, door. Spare Tire cover. Two spare tire one full size on the rear one inside. Runs good, excellent in snow. We live in Orange county Ca, and like to go up to the local mountains for skiing. Has a tire chain & jumper cable under the back seat. Front bumper & tail light bush guard . It has Full Time or Part Time 4x4, cloth seats 60/40 split rear seats fold down to a flat cargo area. The rear glass window can be opened separately from lift gate. new lift gate struts, some wear & tear damage to driver side & passenger side arm rest. I have used this SUV for a commuter on the 91 freeway, 70 miles round-trip, most of the mileages is freeway miles. It would make a great car for a family or college student. It has a ton of room inside. Note: New Transmission at 134000 miles and Transfer case at 150975 miles was replaced . I am asking for a little more, but I have a new tranny and a transfer case in it, The problem with this Jeeps is that the 4.0L strait 6 motor is so powerful, it will run for ever, but the tranny will go out between 130000-160000 miles. If you buy one with over 100000 miles then you find your self in the situation that I was by replacing the tranny. This Jeep can be towed behind a motor home. It is a 4x4 with a neutral in the transfer case. Basically put the transfer case in neutral and tranny in Park. All four tires have 70-80 % tread left. No rust it is a California car.
