Up for auction is a 2002 Chevrolet Venture VanLots of Rust, particularly the rocker panels and wheel wells. Plus items about Van 1. It is running just fine and can be driven2.Air works3. Radio/CD works4. cruise works5. Air bags have never been deployed6.Rear window wiper and front wipers work7.Electronic sliding door works both by key fob or inside switch8. tires have at least 20,000 mile left on them9. deep tinted glass10.Oil has been changed every 3,000 miles, Note I am the original owner11. rear defogger works12. all lights work13. remote keyless entry13. roof luggage carrier14. Comes with Original Owners Manuel Defects include: 1. Blower motor switch - only works on 2,3,&42. Windows - are power but they go down slow3. ABS - 1 side has a broken wire4. transmission - left side inner transmission baring going bad, but presently is still driveable.5. Gas gauge - has not worked for about 6 years, I just clocked the miles I drive, these past few years.6. Door Locks - they work with key fob, but need to be manually unlocked otherwise. When you shut the car engine off they unlock electronically and after starting car they electronically lock.7. Back windows - the electronic window inside car does not work. I am the original owner, There were no major accidents, little bumps and bruises but no accidents. Kept up every oil change.This Van can be driven. I am selling it because I purchased a newer vehicle instead of putting money into the Van. I have disclosed all plus's and minuses to the best of my knowledge. I do know the transmission issue has not been looked into enough to give you a life on it. At this point it could last a week, a month a year or even years. I personally have been driving it for a few months with the transmission issue. Transmission issue presently is a noise, a squeaky noise. With the right buyer this may be something very simple.Most work done on car was within the original warranty period, since that time the car has been wonderful to me. I always kept extra carpets over the carpets, so the car itself interior is very clean. Never a smoker and No ashtrays in car.
