PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING I am currently taking hospitalized chemotherapy, so my response to any questions or concerns, as well as processing at conclusion of auction may be interrupted. Please note these facts before you bid. Thanks. Selling my 1992 Volvo wagon. Usual Volvo stuff for those that know these cars. Purchased less than a year ago from Don Allen Service Center in Alexandria, Virginia. They had originally used the car years ago as a company vehicle, sold it over time, bought it back, and were using it again when I purchased it. All maintenance has been done by Don Allen. Car runs good and is very reliable. Not great and not a 100 Point show car, just basic transportation. Odometer stopped function a long time ago and mileage is not correct. Trip odometer does not work. Speedometer is not accurate, as it shows 20 mph when car is stopped. Calibrated against my GPS the speedometer is accurate between 25 and 55 mph, or close enough so that you will not get a ticket for speeding if you keep you eye on the gauge. A/C blows cold. Wipers and washer works. Rear wiper works but not the washer. No door pockets. Probably could benefit from a tune up as well as a new shifter mechanism (available from Volvo for about $800 new). Car sometimes will not go into gear when first started, but using two thumbs instead of one on the top of the shift lever solves this problem. Good tires. No major body hits or rust. No third seat.
