1986 mustang GT convertible 5.01986 FORD MUSTANG GT 5.0 CONVERTIBLE VERY CLEAN INSIDE AND OUT IN THE LAST 2 YEARS I HAVE PUT ALOT INTO IT, ENGINE DEGREASED UPPER AND LOWER, NEW OIL PAN, AND COMPLETE NEW RACK AND PINION, NEW VALVE COVER GASKETS , REPLACED REAR WINDOW MOTOR GEARS. WHEN I PURCHASED THIS THE ENGINE AND AOD WAS REBUILT AND REPLACED JUST BEFORE I BOUGHT IT IN 2012. HAVE CLEAR TITLE, HAVE OVER $3000 IN PAPERWORK AND RECEIPTS THAT I PUT INTO IT.DOES LEAK LITTLE OIL EVERY NOW AND THEN COMING FROM REAR NECK OF OIL PAN GASKET. IT HAS A NEW ROBBINS TOP WITH GLASS REAR WINDOW ALSO HAS NEW BOOT COVER. THIS IS REGISTERED AS ANTIQUE VEHICLE SO I RARELY DRIVE IT. THE PAINT SHINES VERY WELL NO RUST, BUT DOES HAVE SOME MINOR DINGS AND CHIPS THAT HAVE BEEN TOUCHED UP BUT STILL NOTICEABLE CLOSE UP , ALSO WINDSHIELD HAS 2 TINY CHIPS AS SEEN IN PICTURES. POWER TOP DOES NOT WORK NEEDS TOP HYDRAULIC HOSES $90 ON EBAY(DOES WORK MANUALLY) POWER DOOR LOCKS NOT WORKING (DID REPLACE LOCK ACTUATORS ON BOTH DOORS ) A/C NEEDS TO BE RECHARGED NEVER FILLED AFTER ENGINE WAS REPLACED (ITS A CONVERTIBLE NEVER NEEDED A/C JUST THE HEAT ON THOSE COOL NIGHTS WITH THE TOP DOWN.) CAR IS SOLD AS IS AND 500.00 DEPOSIT REQUIRED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF AUCTION THE BALANCE CASH UPON PICK UP.This car has been babied covered with a blanket driven only on sunny days always garaged never gone on expressway and never gone over 50 mph, it is sound mechanically as far as I know.
