I bought the bike from Steve Milton, of Milton Cycle- the bike previously belonged to a farmer in Iowa. Steve did a very nice sympathetic restoration and turned the bike into a tasteful cafe racer. He went through and rebuilt the carbs, did new fork seals, oil and gators, the Uni filters, new spark plugs, new points and condenser and a new 530 chain. He painted the bike midnight blue, added a cafe solo seat and clubman bars, the smaller smoked signals and the small lucas style taillight. The bike is being fitted with new tires, tubes and rimstrips and just had a detail. It is an excellent bike to ride, fires up easily, it brakes well, turns well, and goes well.
