Please see my "ME" Page for other exciting cars of distinction on EBAY. 1972 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow Mark I Description 1972 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow Mark I MotoeXotica is pleased to announce our latest addition, a rarely seen 1972 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow Mark I long wheel base and smaller front bumpers. Only 2780 of these extraordinary models were produced during an eleven year production run. As the successor of the Silver Cloud, the Shadow featured increased passenger and luggage space, especially with the addition of the long wheel base models. The increase in interior space was due to the implement of their new “monocoque” chassis construction; which simply makes the entire chassis one unit with everything built around the “monocoque.” Independent front suspension, disc brakes, and the use of a high-pressure hydraulic self-leveling suspension system were now standard on every model. This 1972 Silver Shadow Mark I is in fantastic condition, both paint and body are in ideal condition. The vivid white paint is in very good condition, with only very minor cracks appearing around the bonnet cowl. Accenting the white paint are blue and red pin striping that wraps around the car’s belt line; not only does it look great, it also helps the eye view the graceful lines of the very straight body much better. A blue vinyl top covers the roof; which is in great condition no signs of weathering to be found.
