Own a beautiful, classic Mercedes Benz 450SL roadster with only 50,701 original miles! I bought this car 4 years ago from the daughter of the original owner (she inherited it). It was purchased new in S. Florida and spent most of its life there, garage kept year round and to this day. It's in outstanding condition, and it's clear that it was very well maintained and a family treasure. I'm regretfully selling it because I have another classic car that my father bought new many years ago, and I simply don't have time to drive and enjoy them both. Harvest Beige exterior paint and Bamboo leather interior are in very good condition, and the desirable combination is stunning--the car has a regal presence and still looks fresh today, and the compliments are non-stop. The chrome is also in very good condition, as are both the hard and soft tops, as well as the interior. Extremely high quality engineering is evident everywhere, as the car runs and drives very well. The engine is powerful with great pickup, and it cruises effortlessly at highway speed. The car is planted, the ride is great and there is not a squeak or rattle to be heard--which I can't say about many new cars. I've done some normal maintenance, including recently servicing the A/C. Using a few of the classic car guides, I confidently feel that "very good condition" is most the most accurate and objective. I'm willing to sell it for well below the corresponding values, at just a fair/reasonable price. I'm happy to answer questions and provide more information as needed.
