This is my dads motorcycle,he bought it brand new at the dealership in oshkosh wi in 1978.he was 30 years old when he bought the bike,he cant ride anymore but this was his true love.i have a picture of him when he brought it home the first day.if you look at the pics you can see the rotors were not even drilled.he took it back in 2 weeks later and had the rotors drilled and the exhaust changed.on the back of the pick is 1978.he always kept it inside at all times never seen rough roads or rain.they are moving up north and he asked for me to sell the bike.if you look at the pictures you will see the title is still in his name and it is the ORIGINAL! title from 1978.he has the manuals and service manuals,also a electronic ignition that he bought years ago that he never installed,also they are going up north next weekend and he believes he still has the original exhaust and if he does i will send it at my cost to you,there are 2 sets of original keys with the bike also.the front tire is original and i am not sure about the back.he served in the military and after getting out he purchased the bike.It has not been licensed since 2006 and he had started the bike several times throughout that period until 2011 when he drained the tank and covered it up.there is nothing wrong with the bike other than fuel and maybe checking points and valve lash which he has always done himself.the bike has the original 10,651 miles.the tank looks good and he drained the carburaters every year.if you want more pictures please let me know if you have questions feel free to call me at 920-850-1316.everything including the picture will come with the bike.i think for somebody wanted a clean and original title bike this one is it.also if you need it shipped i can hold it until you have made arrangements to get it picked up or bring your trailer.
