1947 Dodge Powerwagon WDX. Nice driver. Not a show truck. New master cylinder, wheel cylinders, brake lines and hoses last year. Rebuilt carb and full tune up. Engine runs 100 percent. Sandblasted and painted windshield frame with new tempered glass installed. New poly fuel cell with new lines. Seat frame repaired and new seat cover installed. New exhaust. Tires are ok for driving around town and hold air, but have some typical dry rot cracking on them I built a custom flatbed and rear bumper for truck. I used black locust wood from local mill for flatbed wood and it looks nice. Winch is functional. Some one put power steering on this truck probably in the 60's so I left it on and rebuilt the power steering pump which was from a later model mopar. Newer Battery. Cab and sheet metal solid someone had repaired the floors did an ok job not rot. Bottom of doors are rotted out, but still function. Could use a rewire. Rear yoke seal leaks on transfer case. Brakes need adjustment. filler for gas tank (which I have) needs to be installed. I drove this truck most of last summer and did not give me any trouble. Restore, or enjoy as is.
