History The present owner purchased the car in 1997 from Harry Harden. It has been always put in the garage when not in use and only driven between April and October. Winter months it stays in the garage. Condition Report Exterior: Good—driver quality condition with most of its original chrome and trim. Interior: Fair—totally original interior, except carpet replacement. Under Carriage: Fair—appears to be very solid. Running Condition: Good—runs very good. No smoke or engine noise. Engine Bay: Fair—original, unrestored, visibly correct with correct components. Trunk Area: Fair—original, minor rust. Electrical: headlights, tail lights, horn, heater, back up lights, wipers, dome lights, dash lights, interior lights Good—all in. Glass: Good—EZ Eye tinted glass, completely original. Chrome: Good—original chrome, driver quality. Wheels/Size: Good—15-inch steel wheels with factory hub caps. Tires: Good—P215/75 R15” wsw radials Body: Good—solid original body with original sheet metal. Molding: Good—original condition, unrestored Transmission: Good—power glide automatic. Engine: Good—clean 265 V8 factory correct components. Radio: Fair—original AM, inoperative, missing antenna. Rear Ed: Good—factory original 56 GM rear. Paint: Good—repainted in 1998, two tone. Frame: Good—solid, original. No signs of any rust repair. Brakes: Good—manual brakes, all in good working order. Brightwork: Good—original condition. Complete overall very good. Description Interior: Unrestored, original example, original seat covers, door panels, headliner, rear package, tray, new replacement carpet, factory AM radio (inoperative), torn drivers seat, holes in the original headliner and sun visors. Clock is also inoperative. Original door hardware, dome light lens missing, original windlace is aged and needs replacing. Exterior: Solid, original body, factory color scheme—two tone paint, originnal chrome bumpers, very nice clean original bright work. Completely original EZ Eye glass, original door handles, minor scratches, no radio antenna. Appears to have had minimal body work, only a few minor bubbles in the finish. Hood ornament has minor pitting, but solid. Underside: Solid, original undercarriage. Factory floor pans, solid rocker panels and frame. Basically, a factory light under coating—well preserved. Appears to have been garaged. Minor hole in the trunk with minimal rust. Bay Engine: Unrestored original condition. 265 V8-2V, no power steering, manual front brakes, original factory components, never detailed, 12 volt system, original generator, single master cylinder, original paint on the firewall. All original wiring. Engie runs good. Documentation: Previous owners receipts, original manuals, service manual, various parts in the trunk. Modifications and other options: None. Overall Appearance: Excellent example of an original, unrestored, car. Single repaint, original paint in door jams, original chrome, glass and trim. Considered a driver #3 condition car.
