Vehicle Detail

1952 Studebaker Champion 4 Door Sedan in excellent condition! Our family has owned this gem for 5 years now. The car is driven to many car shows both in state & out having won many trophies. The Studebaker runs flawlessly & I have always felt safe traveling with my family to the shows. Regular maintenance has always been performed including the following: New wheel cylinders installed New master cylinder installed New 6 volt battery & cables New water pump & thermostat installed with coolant flush Valves adjusted Carburetor rebuilt New fuel pump installed Front & rear wheel bearings repacked Oil & filter changed every year using correct zinc rich brand New plugs, wires, cap, rotor, points & condenser installed New front shocks New voltage regulator New cooling & heater hoses New GL1 transmission fluid change All front end & u joint fittings greased annually In addition to the above, the Studebaker has been rewired & a NOS 170ci six engine installed prior to my purchase. The car is an older restoration & all the chrome still shines better than new! The car has been repainted in the correct Maui Blue factory color with single stage PPG paint that still shines great! Interior is in very good condition with only the carpet showing minimal wear (See pics.) The radio plays perfectly & all gauges & lights work as they should. Also has the optional climatizer dual heater/defroster installed. The only item that does not work is the clock. The 3 speed O/D transmission shifts & operates great. The car will get almost 30mpg on the highway with the O/D engaged. Radial tires are in great shape. This car has no rust & is in excellent overall mechanical & cosmetic condition! Please feel free to ask questions or stop by to take a look. Car can be driven anywhere. The winning bidder must pay a $500.00 down payment within 48 hours of auction end & must pay in full within 7 days of auction end. Will hold car for 30 days after full payment is made. Seller will take cash or certified bank check for balance of payment. Sorry, no international bidders or shipping of this car. No warranty implied or given for this car due to age. Good Luck & Thanks For Looking!!!
