This is for my LEASE Lexus GS350 from Lexus Financial Services. The lease ends 9/1/2016 with 12,000 miles/year allowance. YES, I am WAY below the miles allowance, and I would like someone who will drive this baby around as it should! Lease includes chip and dent protection. $664.84/month. The car is in BRAND NEW condition. No mechanical or visual issues. Runs, feels, and even smells like new. I am putting it on sale or takeover lease only because we need an SUV to meet our demands of a bigger family. You have two options: 1) BID TO BUY: As usual on eBay. The price is set to match what Lexus Financial Services will let go the vehicle. You buy, you pay, and I will work with LFS to have the title transferred to your name/address. 2) TAKEOVER LEASE: If you would rather takeover the lease, please email me / send me eBay message, and I will send you the forms needed from LFS to get paperwork set up. LFS charges $200 for transfers + any applicable fees, and you will be responsible for both. If this is the option you choose, then I will need the $200 via PayPal to cover the transfer fees. Other fees will be charged by LFS to you directly, and don't go through me. NOTE: LFS will run credit check on you once you receive the forms. If you qualify, then transfer will be initiated. If you don't qualify, then this option is no longer valid for you, and your $200 deposit will be non-refundable. If that happens, I will give you the first option to BUY it outright, however, to remedy the situation. Inspection: I trust the vehicle I am selling. If you need someone to check out the vehicle before you sign off on it, you may have a mechanic set up a time with me to come and see the vehicle. Payment: If you are BUYING, please make sure to send $500 non-refundable deposit via PayPal within 24 hours. Remaining balance will be due via Cashier's / Certified Check within 3 business days. If you are TAKING OVER LEASE, please send $200 non-refundable deposit to cover transfer fees within 24 hours. Shipping: If you are outside of Houston or Texas, you will need to find a carrier to pick up the vehicle once the transaction is complete.
