This is a stock 39 Plymouth Coupe that I've had in storage for 9 years and I've concluded I won't get to this project. The body and frame are very solid, no repairs or bondo. The floorboard has had a number of patches through the years and is the only area of past rust. I just pulled it out of storage and it drove/ran when I parked it. It could be restored or hot rodded but I would not call it in drive-able condition simply because it needs to be gone through for safety reasons (brakes primarily). It starts and both the motor and transmission were rebuilt before storing but I note the battery does not seem to be charging now and I may or may not get to that. I have the owners, repair and parts list manual. I also have the stock rims and some extra parts. The tank is dry and I am starting it with electric pump and outboard boat motor tank. The tank is clean. The odometer shows 9743 but I have no idea how many times that may be turned over. If one was planning to restore then requires just a lot of labor to get it to good driving condition and not much else.
