Hello, You are viewing my NO RESERVE, 1978 450sl Mercedes with 157,901 miles and rare European headlights. This car comes with over $7,000.00 in recent maintenance receipts!This Mercedes is in excellent running that is well maintained. The red paint is in average condition. It does have some chips, scratches and imperfections being that it is 37 years old (over-all looks good). NO MAJOR DENTS OR RUST!! The Black MB-Tex does have some splitting (I am including new, VERY EXPENSIVE, Mercedes MB-Tex Seat and armrest coversthat will come with the car (you have to have installed).The dash does have cracks (comes with a carpet cover). Interior is missing the drivers door map pocket and one sun visor and the radio is not working.. Mechanically the car is EXCELLENT!!!!!!! Runs, drives and shifts perfect with no warning lights on.Over $7,000.00 in very recent mechanical receipts that includes, AC work,front and rear shocks,Control arm bushings,new belts, hoses, transmission service, brake pads calipers and lines, power steering hoses, rear wheel bearings,4 wheel alignment, new fuel pump, oil cooler hoses, and much more.....(see photo for some of the details).Tires and wheels are excellent. Drives very smooth and straight at a 80mph. I would not hesitate to drive this car on a 2000 mile road trip. The soft top does have some rips. The hardtop rear glass is cracked.
