Up for auction is an incredibly clean, well-detailed, and original 1985 Chevy K10 Silverado Short Bed 4x4 with 109,000 original miles. This truck is loaded with power steering, power brakes, power windows, power locks, cruise control, tilt wheel, A/C, factory clock, auxiliary fuel tank, locking hubs, and factory chrome bumper guards. Over 3,000 dollars has recently been invested in this truck for restoration parts and mechanical parts to make this truck look and run as well as possible. New front rotors, calipers, pads, wheel bearings and seals, rear wheel cylinders, rear brake shoes, front and rear drivelines, rear pinion shaft seal, radiator, hoses, water pump, and carburetor have all been added within the last 3,000 miles. A brand new dash has been installed along with brand new chrome body side moldings, a brand new windshield, and a very nice Linex bedliner. The original 700R4 overdrive transmission is mated to a very healthy 350 Chevy with 4 bolt mains. The oil has been changed every 3,000 miles with Synthetic Amsoil 10/30. The body is extremely straight, only having minor dents in various locations and is absolutely cancer-free. The truck was painted several years ago in the original Midnight Blue color and still shines great, but has some common chipping on the lower doors and rockers as well as the hood. The truck is lifted 4 inches and sits on 15x10 American Racing wheels with 33x12.50x15 BFGoodrich Mud Terrains. The truck is also equipped with a quick-disconnect front sway bar for off-roading and a frame cross member brace to prevent frame sag which many lifted trucks of this body style incur. The interior is in incredible shape and it really shows. All the lights work inside and out. This is one of the cleanest, roadworthy trucks you can find of this era today. Included in the sale are a few boxes of miscellaneous trim, vents, and the original Quadrajet carburetor.
