GET READY FOR SUMMER! Memorial Day is soon approaching. This motorscooter is in excellent shape. Runs and drives as it should. Newer battery. Paint is in good shape. Vehicle has the optional cruiser/ package luggage rack. Tires are in good shape and all electronics are fully functional. Seat has no tears and windshield faring is in good shape . Vehicle is 100% street legal. Vehicle was not cut or damaged in any way. It is advertised as a Salvage Vehicle, HOWEVER it was not reconstructed in any way. The vehicle was abandoned by former owner. In order to get a title in Pennsylvania you have to go through Reconstructed/ FORMERLY ABANDONED PROCESS. We have done all that. Vehicle successfully completed an enhanced inspection on April 9, 2015 for the purpose of titling.
