For Sale: 1971 Plymouth Duster Twister Edition. 340, 4 - speed Original color, Sassy Grass Green. Rare, Real Twister model (see fender tag) $10,750 or best reasonable offer. * Please don't make any ridiculously low offers....... Formerly, a 318 3-speed. Now has a 1968 340, with A-833, 4-speed trans. 8-3/4 sure grip rear end, with 3.91 gears, heavy duty axles. Rally wheels Black Interior w/ front bench seat New TTI exhaust Motor has good compression, just had it checked (130-140 PSI, #6 125 PSI). The person I bought it from said it had been rebuilt. New Headliner Brand new dash pad will be included ($250 from Classic Industries) New Carpet New power steering gear box Manual front disc brakes New BFG T/A radials The car needs some work: The carb needs some fine tuning The paint is in fair condition. Should be repainted... Almost no rust. 2 very small spots. Very solid body, including trunk. (The car came from Virginia) The tranny needs new sycros. (Slight syncro grind when down shifting into 3rd gear) The speedometer is not working. May not be connectedFront turn signals are not currently working.
