We are please to offer this very clean and rust free 1971 Porsche 914 with a 2.4- 6 cylinder Porsche engine. This is an original California car. Engine # 6531910. This is proberbly the best conversion available for sale. We have just removed the engine, serviced and replaced seals where needed. The engine is now back in the car and ready to go! This is an exceptional conversion, the drive is fast and fun, the engine runs at normal operating temperature even when in heavy LA traffic. The transmission shifts smooth and correct, with good syncros. The clutch is good, and the upgraded brakes stop the car on a dime. The A/C blows cold and works fine. This is a solid California car with NO rust issues. The engine is from a 1973 911 and has the cis injection system that works correctly. This car was converted several years ago from a 4 cylinder to 6 cylinder, with no expense spared. We have just serviced and safety checked this 914, so its ready to go! Only the best parts were used, the engine was rebuilt, the transmission rebuilt, 911 suspension was added, 5 lug hubs, working A/C unit, original 15 in Porsche wheels, and much much more. The body then received a high class paint job to its original Yellow color. There are NO signs of any accidents, this is a straight car. The interior is in good condition, the dash has 2 cracks, the carpets are in good condition.
