The vehicle was last driven in 1994 then put into barn storage. The former retired owner was a body man and was in the process of restoring the car and has the body almost ready for paint. The car has a pretty solid body with a little surface rust starting. This car has a new front valance panel, new rear GT valance panel with exhaust cut outs. Features bolt-on Shelby hood scoop and a mesh grill. Trim parts and bumpers are in the trunk along with new exterior rocker trim moldings. The under hood area is nice and solid with typical battery box issues. Because the car was barn kept since 1994, the body didn't rot, but because of barn moisture, the floor, rear undercarriage, and trunk have normal mustang rot issues. The interior is mostly complete, however, disassembled. The car has it's original white piney interior with center console. The car currently isn't running but the engin turns over by hand. I haven't attempted to start it because it has been sitting for so long in storage. The car was running when it went into storage. The engine is a mild hi performance 289 with an automatic transmission with a Ford 9" rear. Keystone classics are like new and lugs. Tires are brand new. I really wanted to finish this car myself, but have to many projects that I need to get finished.On Mar-27-15 at 07:59:23 PDT, seller added the following information: UPDATE;Wow, surprised people are all over this. Everything appears to be there to complete this build minus the floor pans. There a box of handles, locks and hardware in truck. Pans are only 120 and can be install in a day. Set them in place, trace them and remove. Cut out the existing. Spot weld and seal. The headliner is nice and already installed this thing is pretty much ready for paint. Paint interior and exterior to match and install interior. No tear down or disassembly, great head start! The interior does have any tears excep for one 1 inch tear in the fold of the drivers seat. Interior is original. How many have survived? I just posed some more pics of trim and interior components. I do a couple locals looking. So let get this party started.
