Up for auction is a near mint 2009 DR 650. The carb has been "jetted" and the airbox modification has been performed in order to get rid of that lean "surge" it comes from the factory with (because of emissions). I changed the oil in the bike every 100 or so miles when I first got it and when the oil started coming out as clean as it was when I put it in, I switched to full synthetic motorcycle oil. I used the bike mainly to find fishing spots in the woods and to go camping. The bike was never beat on, just a fun toy on the weekends. I just recently purchased a newer Harley and this bike doesn't leave the garage much these days. I'll probably kick myself for selling it but right now, it just doesn't make sense to keep it.
