Hi,I bought truck in Nov 03 in Phoenix and was told it came from New Mexico.The truck was brown,very nice body but as usual the front cab mounts were rusty.I believe the truck was stock except for the wheels, radiator and air cleaner.I replaced the radiator with one from a 71 Dodge truck with a 318 and I found a oil bath air filter.Shortly after buying truck I had it painted an original 68 color and the cab mounts were repaired.Rubber on windshield and rear window was replaced along with the door gaskets and glass guides. I never did install new window wipes or whiskers so when it rains you will get water in the step wells.I guess since we rarely get rain it hasn't been a issue with me.The seat came out of a 69 Dodge D500 and is really nice with a small tear.There is no horn but I did replace the button with a NOS one.I have new wiper blades but the passenger wiper arm is bad.I have several arms but they are all for the drivers side.I just replaced the steering box with a rebuilt one and also had a complete valve job.The motor runs great and always starts.I noticed the bowl gasket is weeping ,maybe from setting around.All glass is good and the windshield is perfect.Dash pad is good, nice dash but has been cut for a tape deck.Things I have replaced over the years are timing chain and sprockets,distributor,kingpins/bushings,carb,and clutch slave cylinder.The tailgate is perfect and all the hardware on the bed is stainless but the wood isn't very pretty.I have a few extra parts that come with truck plus what I think is the original jack.This used to be my drive to work truck(10 miles one way)but has been setting for a couple years.Oh,it also has a new battery.If you have any questions please contact me.These trucks are getting hard to find in this condition and I hate to sell it but I have too many projects(2 other Dodges).Thanks for your interest and happy bidding!
