Very Nice 2006 Honda Pilot EX offered with new tires,brakes and all fluids serviced,State inspection passed in November. Original owner SUV and all services were performed with an open checkbook, I have printed out the CarFax and will attach to show the excellent care and feeding of the families Pilot. Never in an accident, always garaged and well kept. Its exterior shows minimal wear and excellent shine and lustre. Only a small amount of paint imperfection on the front of the hood which I have photographed,detracts only slightly from the overall excellent condition.The tires are Nearly new BFG Long Trails(excellent quality tire) and the SUV drives straight and true,braking is smooth and straight.Mechanically the car is in very good condition,timing belt and water pump was done twice during its life, Oil changed between 3-4,000 every time. Vehicle has had a "check engine" lamp for catalyst effiency,specifically during the cold months. This does not affect the driveability in any way,the lamp has come and goes recently,the diagnosis was catalytic converter bank 1 was inefficient. I was able to pass the strict NY emission test in November because the lamp was off but please consider this when bidding if your state has a strict emission program. The Air Conditioning and all electrical accy's are in working order and the vehicle has been excellent overall, the Tan leather interior is clean and well taken care of, was always professionally detailed twice a year .IT HAS THE DESIRABLE 3 ROW SEATING IN BEAUTIFUL SOFT LEATHER.The new owner will be happy and not disappointed with this vehicle, our family mechanic has agreed to be available for pre-purchase inspection or questions regarding its current condition and performance. The facility will provide the new owner with any service records they have(which is substantial).The high bidder is responsible for transport arrangements and costs. Vehicle is located in Huntington New York 11743 (Long Island) We will help within reason to get the new owner behind the wheel, you can feel comfortable driving home anywhere if you choose. The vehicle is currently awaiting details of the air bag recall, the recall should be done by the time the new owner takes delivery but the replacement parts situation seems to be slow to develop and if need be,the recall would be a "no charge" for the new owner.As of today,drivers side air bag recall will be done at Huntington Honda Friday,2/13/15 .
