This auction is for an extremely well cared for Classic 1979 Volkswagen Beetle Cabriolet. This car is in wonderful condition inside and out and it runs absolutely beautiful. I have listed this vehicle for a Client who is slowly selling all of his classic VWs and Fords and working towards getting a fully restored Micro Bus. This vehicle has been very well taken care of and always serviced when needed. We are in the business of restoring Classic Volkswagens and building custom autos for clients all around the globe. I have personally driven this car more than 50 miles on both city streets and highways and the car runs fabulous. The car is factory fuel injected and it starts right up on the first turn of the key. The car is currently in our shop where it will remain until the vehicle is sold and shipped to its new owner. Please feel free to email or even call us direct. The exterior paint shines very nice and is a very bright and Vibrant yellow. The original color on this car I believe was red because that is what is stated on the title. The car was most definitely professionally painted and they did a very nice job. There are a few small dings and nicks but nothing that stands out or needs any immediate attention. There is a small spider crack in the paint on the hood which can easily be repaired by our shop for 300 dollars if the new owner requests. The Convertibel top works perfect and looks very nice. The headliner in the top is also in great shape and the top does function as it sholud. There is a white convertible top boot that is included and seen in pics. The seats are in nice shape other than front drivers seat which has a few cracks in the material. The previous owner does have a new set of seat covers which are pictured in the listing. There is a receipt in the box for the covers which will be included. We are going to reupholster the damaged front seat so when the new owner receives this car the seats will be flawless. The floors have the original rubber convertible floor coverings and a set of beetle floor mats. The engine runs perfect and starts right up every time. The clutch feels perfect and the transmission shifts perfect through all gears. The tires are new and they ride great. The brakes stop as they should and the steering feels perfect. headlights and turn signals all work excellent. All glasss is in great shape as is teh chrome window trim. This is a great daily driver or weekend fun car, it is not a show car but turns heads and gets thumbs up everywhere it travels.
