Super 996 C2 Cabriolet in Speed Yellow. Very well maintained by a devoted PCA owner. I am the 3rd owner and bought it from a Porsche dealer at 50k miles. Now at 99k miles. This is the later 996 with the larger 3.6 liter motor, and the revised headlights. Options include Bose Sound with the dash cd player, power heated seats with lumbar and partial black leather. In the time I have owned it, it has gotten new front and rear pads and rotors, a new clutch and flywheel, a new coolant expansion tank, new drives belts, new motor mounts, coolant change, tranny oil change. The alternator and water pumps are in great condition. Overall in excellent mechanical condition and an low average of 9000 miles per year driven. I installed the IMS bearing fix, and provided regular 5k miles oil changes. This car has been maintained by a factory trained Porsche mechanic ahead of schedule. So rest assured this 911 is ready to go. I have the service history from Porsche until I got it, and of course all the service records since. This car has never been tracked nor abused in any way. The exterior is about a 8.5, with some small rock chips on the nose and lower hood, but the paint has been cared for well, waxed and clayed every 4 months on the dot and it glows. The interior is in good condition, but with some wear on the drivers outside seat bolster. Overall, in great condition for its mileage. The stock mufflers and headers have been replaced with a stainless steel set from Fabspeed, who are very reputable Porsche tuners. The sound is greatly enhanced from this, and it adds another 25 or so hp. I do have the stock mufflers and can put them back on, or include them in the deal, buyers choice. The car had aftermarket wheels when I bought it and I have kept them. They are made by a company called Zone based in Irvine CA, and are the "Type I" wheels. They are forged aluminum 3 piece wheels with custom offsets for the 911. Fronts are 19x8 rears are 19x10, and the front tires are 235/35 and rears are 295/30. Current tires are Bridgestone Pole Positions and have about 2/3's life left. The car is financed through my local credit union and title transfer/payment is easy to work out with them. I have a long standing relationship there and have financed many cars from them, so those logistics are not a problem. We can work out the money transfer however we need to make it happen.
