This is an auction for a 1991 Subaru legacy with 265,879 miles on it. I bought it used a couple of years ago from an older lady who wanted to sell it after hitting a deer. There is some slight front frame and very slight headlight distortion as seen in the pictures; this is why the title is marked totaled on the title. The impact didn’t have any affect on the running operation of the vehicle, but the costs for a new bumper and labor was more than the estimated cost of the vehicle as ruled by the insurance company at the time. I apologize for the blurriness of most of the pictures, my lenses was dirty and it was bright out. If there’s anything else that you would like a close up of, or more clarification, feel free to ask. The Good: *This has been my daily use car for the past three years and it has never broken down or had any problems getting me from point A to B. I’ve put about 15,000 miles on it myself and used it for several large road trips and it was a pleasure. * This model has all-wheel drive, which is wonderful for traction and pulls it around corners. Also, it’s wonderful for off-roading and this really helps with not getting stuck. I took this for granted, when I took a 2-WD sedan on a dirt road/trail, it’s a completely different ball game! * Since this car’s a wagon, it has the near capacity of a truck, you can fold down the back two seats with a pull of a leaver and can fit quite a bit in the car. I’m definitely going to miss it the next time I move. * This style of car is becoming more desired due to it utilitarian nature. *The tire tread still has a lot of life in them. The Bad: * The passenger rear taillight and driver side fog light casings are broken (both of which from an exposed wooden step in the drive way, see pictures). * There’s some valve chatter when accelerating, it most likely just needs some valve adjustment. * The clutch rides pretty high; it may need to be replaced soon. * There’s a slight oil leak, but this isn’t that big of a deal. It just needs an extra quart every 750 miles or so. This is somewhat common for vehicles older than 20 years. *A/C doesn’t work, but it probably just needs some more coolant.
