Selling a very nice straight virtually rust free other than a couple of bubbles in the roof 1973 BMW 3.0 CS Please note that I am selling this for one of my clients. NOTE the VIN is 2250721 and the car is a US specification car with 83,890 miles on the odometer that I believe are original. The car has clearly been lovingly maintained. This particular body version is quite hard to find now and particularly in this condition. The car is super straight and a 3 owner car from new. Originally from California, I can find no signs that it was ever in an accident. Very clean and tidy under the hood, the car drives very well, with a nice shifting gearbox, and tight suspension, good tires and a very nice interior. This is also a rare sunroof car, which works just fine. Only selling it because he bought another house and the remodel has gotten silly. This is a very nice older vehicle that is in excellent mechanical and very solid cosmetic condition. The engine is the original 3.0 liter 6 cylinder single overhead came motor and runs very well, with no smoke it has a 4 speed transmission that shifts pretty much perfectly and drives out very well. In fact it is a hoot to drive... pretty quick in all... This vehicle is registered in Washington State Paint and interior are very nice, and this is a very high quality driver. Not a show car but very showable. I would rate this a high standard club car. The suspension and steering is tight and nice, and the tires have lots of tread left on them. Factory turbina wheels in very nice shape. All lights and accessories work just fine. Including the period correct probably original Blaupunkt AM FM cassette radio... Note I did not try the cassette.
