I purchased this Jag from an insurance auction with the intent of having it repaired. I won two other vehicles at the same time and simply don't have the time or resources to take them all on at the same time. The thing that attracted me to this car was the low mileage and overall condition. Of course it has been wrecked and will need substantial work to get it back on the road, but the car looks to have been well maintained during its life. I haven't had it estimated for repair, so I have no idea what all will need to be fixed. You can see the obvious damage but should assume there is more there since it was hit pretty good on the left front headlight. It starts and runs but is not drivable in its current condition. It is being sold AS IS. I make no warranty as to the condition of the motor, transmission, etc. as I have not been able to drive the car anywhere. The car has a Texas Salvage title that has been assigned to me but I have not transferred it in to my name. In Texas, the car must be repaired and inspected before the transfer can take place. In its current state, I am able to assign the salvage title to another individual or company. I will provide this title and a Power of Attorney. Please check with your state as to how you must handle this paperwork to receive a rebuilt title in your own name. Some states make it simple, and others not so much. You can use the car as a parts donor, or take the necessary steps to get it back on the road as a rebuilt car. Please look at the pictures carefully and make your bidding decision based on them. I have the car in a storage area and will not be able to easily get to it to take more pictures or evaluate it any further.
