Collision sale - sold as-is for repair by buyer. Damage on right side front end. No engine damage evident except for cracked air filter housing and cracked coolant reservoir. The radiator is good, no leaks. The truck runs and was actually driven after this accident happened. The truck will need body repair work as seen in the pictures, and air bag replacement into the steering wheel. The air bag deployed on the driver's side only, passenger side not deployed. We have a full estimate from a professional body shop which indicated that there is no frame damage evident. I am the original owner. Buyer must arrange for tow truck to take the vehicle. The truck will run as I mentioned, but I'm not sure if it is legal to drive it on the road in that condition. The buyer must do their own research to confirm that. The buyer will also need to seal/repair or replace the coolant reservoir so that the coolant will not leak during operation. On Jan-25-15 at 14:29:35 PST, seller added the following information: Although this is a collision sale for fix-it yourself by buyer, in the interest of being complete and accurate I will add a couple more notes about the condition of other areas of the truck. The driver door is missing the keyhole cylinder to use the door key. There was a burglary a while ago where the thief punched in the key cylinder to unlock the truck to rob it. Only the cylinder was punched, there was no other damage done to the door handle or door. We never bothered to fix it because the door lock is fully functional with the remote key FOB. The door locks and unlocks normally, and the security system is fully active. The cylinder may still be laying inside the door somewhere, i'm not sure. The two remote key FOBs are included with the auction, although one of them is worn from years of use. The second one is in very good condition. I am adding some more pictures including one of the door showing the missing cylinder.There are various dings, dents, and scuffs around the body, given that the truck is 7 years old. If anyone is concerned about knowing the details of all the imperfections, I will be happy to give more details. But please ask all questions prior to bidding. As mentioned in the original description, a professional licensed body shop came to do an estimate of the repair. During the inspection and evaluation the estimator crawled under the truck to view the frame. A visual inspection showed no obvious damage to the frame, but it is noted that the only way to know for sure is to use special frame tools to make measurements while the truck is up on a lift. The pictures show that most of the force of the impact occurred high up on the body, not low down by the frame. But until the frame tools are used to make a full analysis, it is not possible to guarantee that the frame is perfect. Therefore this auction does not imply or guarantee that the frame is 100% perfect. The buyer will need to do this evaluation. The best thing to do is to come to Mission Viejo and inspect the truck for yourself, if you would like a better perspective.
