Although it have never left the Sunshine State, it does have the Cold Weather Package--heated exterior mirrors, rear defroster, Traction Control and independent climate control. As well as heated seats. So, if you live outside Florida, expect to get a lot of people to ask you about this beautiful Designer Edition luxury sedan, and certainly comment on its wonderful condition. The luxurious leather and wood trimmed interior is in outstanding condition. Extra-clean is the best way to describe it. There were certainly never any dogs or pets in the car, and the previous owner certainly didn't smoke cigarettes. The rear seats do not even appear to have been sat in. This interior--from the seating, to the carpets, is as close to new as you will ever see. It is in immaculate original condition! The Dark cherry accents really showcase the Light Parchment leather very nicely. As mentioned, this one-owner Lexus was owned by a senior, and she did her best to have it regularly serviced and cleaned. The classy and extremely roomy interior has room for 5 adults, but it doesn't appear that she ever cared to drive her friends around...at least not in this car. Since it is a Palm Beach Edition series car, and most likely one that was sitting front and center at the Lexus dealership when new in 1995, it certainly commanded a premium. Being a Florida vehicle has HUGE benefits--(i.e. no harsh weather, no harsh roads, no hills or potholes and certainly no snow or salt), sometimes the summer sun can fade paint. Not so here. It appears that this Lexus spent most of its time parked in a garage when it was not being driven. And when she had it out, the Solar Ray glass really kept the interior nice and cool, and certainly free from any of the sun's damaging rays. On this Lexus you can literally eat off the engine compartment and undercarriage of this car. You will not see that on a northern, or Midwest vehicle. It was obvious this retired gal had some money. The original paint is in fantastic condition, and it has an original, thin Carmel hand-laid pinstripe, both sides and even the trunk lid! Now that's special. The attractive Wheat colored top is in excellent condition, and the Lexus Gold Package really makes this LS400 pop, either in the daylight, or at night. This is a rare looking car! The rich leather interior is like new, and with the factory moon roof, heated seats, dealer-installed color-keyed BBS aluminum/alloy wheels, Carriage top, gold grilled and Gold Package, this Lexus certainly is a stand out! So the original, factory finish is brilliant and the color is outstanding. It is a three-stage paint from the factory and was a $995 option from the dealer. Not your typical plain-Jane, boring White, Silver or Beige color. This Pearl White Two-tone paint scheme looks incredible, and during the day, the sunlight really makes this elegant color dance. Of course, no dents, or parking lot door dings. The Lexus dealer-installed BBS aluminum alloy wheels have a complete set of recently installed All-season performance touring radials all the way around. They are BRAND NEW (with less than 100 miles on them), and of course, they safely grip the road...in any driving condition. Wet, Dry...and even Snow! That should begin to tell you a little more about these folks, and their conscientious upkeep of their lovely Lexus. This LS400 is fully loaded. It has complete power options as well as dual power front seats, heated seats, factory power moon roof (with Tilt and slide operation) Sunshade, express touch windows, Premium Audio System with both cassette and Multi disc 6-disc CD changer and 10-speaker surround sound, factory security system, Solar ray factory tinted glass, independent electronic climate control, key less remote entry, Traction Control, and so much more. It has an attractive full-length Designer heavy fabric top (with embroidery and Gold buttons and emblems), and it is in excellent condition. It compliments the pleasing exterior and wonderful interior nicely, and combined with a thin pinstripe and Gold emblem package, you won't see another Lexus like this around. It certainly was at least an $8,000 premium over the standard LS400 when adding in the wheels and other upgrades. Aside from making it quite more elegant distinguishable from all other Lexus'.
