Vehicle Detail

I am trying to help a lady sell this car. The car was her husbands toy and he has passed away. So the only info i have about this car is what I can see and what I have found out about the car from some of his old notes and driving it. This car has been in storage for almost two years now since he passed. From what I have found out from his wife was he bought this car for $9,000 back around 2011 with bad interior and a bad transmission and clutch. They have both been replaced and all interior has been redone as well as the wiring. I would say it has around a 10 or 15 year old restore on the body. looks great from 20ft away but if you were up next to it. you can fine some bad spots on it. It does have bondo in the rear 1/4 panels and a few dings in it as well. the driver side door needs some hing work it shuts a little hard. As well as the kick plate is pushed in a little below the center of the driver side door. which he has the new part for that to be replaced. But the rest of the car and body slash uni-body construction it straight. It has a rust spots wear some bondo has come up under passenger side just below the windshield about the size of a 1/2 dollar coin. But the floor and truck pans are fine. So on a 1 to 10 it is still about a 7 to me. He has put a lot of time and money into this car and would of keep gone on it If he were still here. It has newer tire's and rims on it. The motor is a Chevy 400 out of a old 75 Chevy 3/4 ton truck and 350 heads 16v off a 70s corvette motor. From what his notes say. Looks as if it has been over hauled and runs great and strong. He has modified the oil pan a little I see to make it fit in the car or that might have been already done when he bought the car. Must have a good size cam in it from the way it sound it has a pretty nice loob to it. Has dual exhaust systems on it. Sound good other then it could us a new donut at the driver-side header. O and yes it has headers as well. I have drove it a few times now and the notes talk about a Saginaw 4 speed transmission but I think it has a rebuilt 3 speed in it now with new clutch. It has a 750 Charter 4 barrel carb on it and has a electric fuel pump as well. Also he has moved the battery to the truck. Every thing seems to work great in this car even the cigarette lighter. Has a newer aftermarket CD player in it. But in a box along with a-lot of other new and used parts is the old radio. Has a new gas tank and aluminum radiator. So yes he has took this car a long ways. Now we need to find someone that will love it the way he did and drive it or keep on fixing it up to a 100%. I Know if I had the money I would buy it. The only major thing that I found that is wrong with this car is it has a bad vibration at about 60 MPH. That might just be a u-joint or maybe something else I don't no. I see it does leak a little rear end oil. ??? So if you are looking for a project car that you can still drive daily this is it. On Jan-15-15 at 21:06:24 PST, seller added the following information: P.S I did look into the transmission and yes it is a 4 speed and i do believe the u-joint needs to be replace i am sure that will take care of the vibration problem On Jan-16-15 at 16:55:13 PST, seller added the following information: P.S I have just took the car to a local mechanic and he said it is a 350 V-8 I am putting this in here because a friend of the lady's husband thought it was a 383 stoker that he had put into the car. So with that info it might very well be a stoker motor.???
