1968 Lincoln Continental just needs a decent bodyman and she's good to go! The good: Highly sought "Triple Black" color scheme.Runs and drives like a dream. Carburetor was just rebuilt.Brake, suspension, and some steering components just replaced.Dash, Seats, Headliner are all in amazing condition.All of the original hubcaps and chrome are on the vehicle and are all in amazing shape.Loaded. This car has all the options - air conditioning, 8 way power seats, power windows, etc.Headlights, taillights, turn signals, etc. all functional. All Glass is in great shape.4 New Hankook Tires.Even has original air cleaner and coolant overflow bag. The bad: The interior door panels need to be reattached. Just a matter of replacing the clips The carpeting in the interior and trunk could stand to be replaced, but not in terrible shape.Switches could use replacing. They all work, but could use some attention.Ignition switch needs replaced as well as door lock cylinders. Trunk cylinder is fine.Hood release lever needs replaced. The ugly: The obvious answer is the body/paint. It will require some bodywork to bring this to a pristine driver. The biggest things you will notice are a gouge in the metal on the front passenger fender and two small spots rusted through on the rocker panels, which I am told is common with these cars. Other than that, it's just a matter of prepping and painting and she's good to go. Or leave it as-is and enjoy having an awesome 7.6L V8 ratrod. Any other questions, just ask.
