Dont let the high miles fool you, this Nissan is in great condition overall, and in excellent mechanical condition! Runs great! Has undergone a full service and inspection. Just installed new tires and front brakes. Needs nothing! If a bit of cosmetic wear wear and tear doesn't bother you, BUY IT NOW!

The original factory green paint is still very glossy and presentable! Does have scratches and usual wear for a vehicle its age but looks great from the outside. All glass is perfect with no chips or cracks. The front bumper has no damage. The wheels are all straight and true with no damage or curb rash. New tires just installed. The roof rack works great! Sunroof worls great too! No leaks! Factory fog lights work well! No fading or discoloration in the lens or headlights. No cracks anywhere! Really great looking Pathfinder! 8/10 ALL DAY!

Interior looks to be very well kept. It does have above average wear on driver seat, but outside of that, very good condition and very comfortable to sit in. The backseat is excellent. Huge cargo space! Missing the rear headrests. All power equipment works well. Power mirrors, doors, windows, and driver seat. Also has memory seating and overhead console. Beautiul wood grain dash! No cracks or issues. The original stereo system was ahead of its time! 6 disk CD changer with premium audio speakers and tweeters. Sounds great! Digital controls for A/C and heat work well through all settings. Lots of creature comforts in this LOADED Limited Edition model! The factory original floor mats are still in place and look great. A few minor stains in carpet but overall very clean and issue free! Easily an 8/10 ALL DAY!

Tow with ease! Strong V6 motor and smooth shifting auto transmission with overdrive. Runs like a sewing machine. You will not be allowed to retract that bid during the last 12-hour period of the auction. If you place a bid during the last 12-hour period of the auction, you will be allowed to retract the bid for exceptional circumstances only if you do so within one hour after placing the bid.

Buyer's Inspection: We do our best to disclose ALL information known about this vehicle for auction. We welcome a Buyer's Inspection. If you plan to have a Buyer's Inspection, please make sure you have the vehicle inspected prior to the end of the auction. Inspection fees, if any, are the "Buyer's" sole responsibility. Please call or email ahead to arrange your appointment to view, test drive, or have the vehicle inspected.

Payments: A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $500 is required within 24 hours of close of auction. When the deposit has been submitted, "Buyer" MUST fax or email a copy of their valid, state-issued driver's license. The remaining balance must be paid within 5 Days. Cashiers check, Money Order, and Bank Drafts, are acceptable methods of payment. We DO NOT accept CASH payments at this time. Vehicle is not to be released from dealership until funds are verified and cleared.

Finalizing Your Purchase: Winning bidder MUST communicate with us by e-mail or phone within 24 hours of the end of the auction to make arrangements to complete the transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within said period, we reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. Before the vehicle is released for shipment to the "Buyer", all sale-related and title-related paperwork must be signed and returned completed to the "Seller".

Shipping and Delivery: All shipping charges are the "Buyer's" responsibility. WE WILL HELP with shipping arrangements, but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage! Licensed "Carriers" are generally insured for over $1,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements provided by us are strictly a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the "Carrier" and not with us. The amount of time it takes for delivery depends upon the "Carrier" selected. A typical experience is 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination.

Fee and Tax Information:

Taxes and Fees: "Buyer" is responsible not only for knowing their own states' laws regarding taxes and fees, but also remitting the proper taxes, fees, and documents for their state. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for the vehicle to be titled and registered. GA residents must pay all applicable taxes and fees to our dealership. Out of state ‘cash buyers’ are welcome to pay applicable state taxes and fees to us or the home state in which the vehicle is being registered to. If financing through us, we must add a $180 DMV nationwide fee in order to correctly calculate out of state taxes. Our DEALER DOC FEE of $400 is INCLUDED in the purchase price. Any applicable incentives and rebates are INCLUDED in our sale price.
