I am requiring that buyers set up a plan before I accept an offer, if I do not hear from you I won't accept it. I do have the title for this car. I know the third owner of this car. it was always kept clean and maintenance was done regularly on it. It gets closer to 30 mpgs and it has a 14 gallon tank. all the speakers have been replaced in it. the fronts are kenwood and the rear are bose. there is a rust spot that has been patched over near the gas cap and a dent near the headlight but the headlight is fine. The gas cover works fine and I had to cut out the rust and had a piece of metal welded in and it rained and rusted before I was able to paint it. It is a common rust spot for the malibu and most of them have foam under there that collects moisture. It has heat, ac, power windows and door locks, key fob with three keys, tow hitch. everything locks in it and there are no leaks. The engine and transmission are great and it does not burn oil, lots of trunk space. Since I bought it I have put in NEW front drivers axle, new front driver and passenger struts, new rack and pinion. it has the spare tire and jack. I also put a class 1 hitch on it. It is in fair condition, I am looking to sell it as a parts car. It would need a bit of work to pass inspection but it runs and drives. I am the second owner of the car. The tires in the front are bald, I know it needs at least an alignment. I can take other pictures if needed.
