Simply put, this 1999 Lincoln Town Car Limited Tournament Edition runs and drives as close to new as you could possibly ask for. It was purchased BRAND NEW at Palm Beach Lincoln Mercury, in beautiful West Palm Beach Florida, and was serviced by the professionals at the Lincoln dealership. No squeaks, rattles, noises, or shakes, just an ultra-luxurious and ultra-smooth ride that only a Lincoln can provide. There is a reason that Lincoln is considered by many automotive experts as the best riding luxury brand of any of the premium automobile makers in the world. And with only 53,701 original, sunny South Florida miles, this Designer Edition Town Car is just getting broken in! It is not uncommon to see this extremely durable engine and transmission combination reach 200,000 miles + of trouble-free performance, and for that reason that is why many executive coach company use them for Limousines and Executive sedans. We just performed the 60,000 mile recommended service (well in advance), and has a fresh Synthetic oil change, new air filter and wipers, and interior cabin filters, as well as cooling system service and flush. The air conditioning is ice cold, and for those of you in non-tropical climates, the heater works great too. Although it have never left the Sunshine State, it does have the Cold Weather Package--heated exterior mirrors, rear defroster, Traction Control and independent climate control. The luxurious leather and wood trimmed interior is in outstanding condition. Extra-clean is the best way to describe it. Grandma and Grandpa didn't have any dogs or pets in the car, and they certainly didn't smoke cigarettes. The rear seats do not even appear to have been sat in. The Dark cherry accents really showcase the Light Parchment leather very nicely. As mentioned, this one-owner Lincoln was owned by a senior, and they did her best to have it regularly serviced and cleaned. The classy and extremely roomy interior has room for 6 adults, but it doesn't appear that these two cared to drive their friends around...at least not in this car. And if you are a Golfer (this is a Tournament Edition folks!), there is enough room for 4 or more full-size Golf bags. Needless to say, this Lincoln feels right at home at the Country Club or driving range. We are selling this low mileage Lincoln in exactly the condition that we took it in. All we had our detailer do is clean it. It runs and drives exceptionally well. The Rich Green exterior presents a wonderful and beautiful finish. This is a classy color, on a classy car! Since it is a Designer Edition Tournament Series car, and most likely one that was sitting front and center at the dealership when new in 1999, it certainly commanded a premium. Being a Florida vehicle has HUGE benefits--(i.e. no harsh weather, no harsh roads, no hills or potholes and certainly no snow or salt), sometimes the summer sun can fade paint. Not so here. It appears that this Lincoln was covered under a car port. And when these wonderful folks had it out, the Solar Ray glass really kept the interior nice and cool, and certainly free from any of the sun's damaging rays. On this Lincoln you can literally eat off the engine compartment. You will not see that on a northern, or Midwest vehicle. These sweet folks had some money, and aside from spending it on this gorgeous car in 1999, they also lived near the water in beautiful West Palm Beach. A wonderful area, and a very affluent zip code. From being so close to the water, and as much chrome as this Lincoln has, some of the surfaces have light oxidation. Like the door handles with some light oxidation, and the chrome piece on the back of the trunk. Not a big deal, and it certainly does not take away from any of the beauty or elegance of this fine car, but just wanted to make everyone aware. There is also one small 1/2 bubble at the rear of the embroidered designer top. Which by the way, looks like new. With the attractive cream colored top, rich leather interior, abundance of chrome, and stunning green exterior, this Lincoln Town Car is a stand out! So the original, factory finish is brilliant and the color is outstanding. It is a three-stage paint from the factory and was a $995 option from the dealer. Not your typical plain-Jane, boring White, Silver or Beige color. It looks great, and during the day, the sunlight really makes this elegant color dance. Of course, no dents, or dings. The factory aluminum alloy wheels have a complete set of premium Michelin Symmetry All-season performance touring radials all the way around. They are in excellent condition, with approximately 85% treadlife remaining, and of course, they safely grip the road...in any driving condition. Wet, Dry...and even Snow! Michelin's are well-regarded as the best all-around tires you can buy, so that should begin to tell you a little more about these folks, and their conscientious upkeep of their lovely Lincoln.There was no skimping of the service on this Lincoln at all by the previous seniors! This Town Car is fully loaded. It has complete power options as well as dual power front seats, factory power, express touch windows, Premium Audio System with both CD and in-dash cassette player, and 8-surround sound speakers, factory security system, Solar ray factory tinted glass, independent electronic climate control, key less remote entry and so much more. It has an attractive full-length Designer padded vinyl top, and it is in perfect condition. It compliments the stunning exterior and wonderful interior nicely, and combined with a thin Ivory pinstripe, you won't see another Lincoln like this around.
