1976 BMW R75/6. Bike never wrecked or dropped. However, it is currently not running and has been stored in a carport for over 15 years so cosmetic condition is poor. Paint is faded and has scratches, a couple of slight dents in the tank, chrome is pitted and some surface rust on frame. Engine turns over and has compression but otherwise mechanical condition is unknown. Tank petcock is missing and carb linkage is disconnected so appears someone was playing with the carbs before storage. This bike is one of several bikes I acquired recently from a late friend's estate. The previous owner owned about a dozen vehicles and tended to drive one for a while and then let it sit until it eventually fell into disrepair from neglect. I already have too many projects and do not have the time to get this bike running so this is your chance to pick up a classic BMW airhead cheap. With some work and TLC, this bike could easily be back on the road. Clear title with Bill of Sale to be provided. Bike is sold AS IS, WHERE IS!!! No warranty expressed or implied.
