I have a 2002 Honda Civic EX with 163K miles The Good: The car runs, motor and trans have no issues Motor at 100K was redone, new head gasket, belts, water pump, spark plugs etc The car comes with an extra pair of summer tires that have about half tread and some other spare parts and paint A new muffler put on last year new front pass lower control arm put on last month Extra spindle for front pass The car has aftermarket headlights and taillights The Bad: The car has an R title due to rear end damaged suffered 6 years ago that had been fixed at which time the car had 43k miles The paint job from 6 years ago has not completely held up and has a few areas where clear coat is coming off and rust coming through (nothing major for the rust) The passenger front side and possibly the rear is making a loud grinding sound which i have looked at but cannot figure out the problem, i don't believe it to be the breaks but i am not sure. I would have fixed the issue but purchased a new car and just don't have the time to repair this. You can drive the car but i wouldn't recommend driving very far and when purchased i would recommend it to be towed or hauled on a trailer.
