Up for sale today is a mostly origional Custom 10 Chevy. This truck has been owned by the same family since the early 1970's. This truck has been passed down thru the family from grandpa to son and grandson. The orig 307 v-8 engine was bored .030 before it was rebuilt approx 20,000 mi ago(see note on door post). The engine runs like an old singer sewing machine. It starts and runs and never smokes even at start up. Everything is in working condition lights, blinkers, most gauges even work and a few aftermarket gauges have been added to monitor those that no longer work. The mileage is 143,541 the odometer and speedo are working. The battery and battery cables have been replaced within the last few months. I have driven this truck down the road and it drives as it should, the 3 on the tree and clutch works flawlessly. No oil leaks. The heater will keep u warm on the coldest nights. The brakes pull slightly to the left when stopping but the brakes are still drum all around. This truck is a time capsule and still has the orig AM radio and owners manual. The tires are all brand new Goodyears except the spare it is used but matching. The truck has had some rocker work done and looks nice on the exterior of the truck u can see the repair on the inside of the truck but does not look bad. The truck has been paitnted at some time in its life but shows some wear. The seat is not ripped up. This is an Arkansas truck and has been all its life. All the windows are not cracked and regulators work. LWB. I am asking for the deposit to be paid within 24 hrs of the after the auction closes and the balance to be paid or arangements made within 7 days. The truck is for sale locally so I reserve the right to end the auction early as needed.This truck comes with a clean Arkansas title. I will also entertain offers just call and ask. The deposit is to be via PayPal. The balance is due in cash or postal money order. I will assist a transporter with loading as needed. You are responsible for making all shipping arangements.
