This is a 1974 Karmann Ghia in need of restoration. Clear title in hand. Runs, drives, and stops(Brakes and eBrake). All gears work including reverse. Seems it used to have AC. Last registered 2013. VIN numbers match for the correct year and engine (Model AH California). Previous owner said it's been in his family the entire life of the car. The carb has been replaced to a 34Pict 3. Vacuum lines no longer needed but air cleaner system is still present, ignition button wired directly to battery. Fuel gauge isn't reading and dash lights aren't turning on. I cleaned the carburetor and timed the ignition. Drove it to a local car show this past Saturday. It's running like a champ. You can see the vehicle backing up on my youtube video by searching "1974 karmann ghia running." Everything else looks original. Lights work, new battery, new passenger ebrake cable. I have the spare tire. Has some rust throughout and missing back seat. Needs complete reupholstery. If you have any questions I'll do my best to answer them.
