Vehicle Detail

Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE 2005 Porsche Cayenne S, silver with black leather interior, AWD, excellent condition, just gone past 112k miles and runs like new, no leaks, no rust. I am the third owner of this wonderful machine. Comes with 22 inch rims and tires with good tread left, as well as the original 18 inch rims. This one has the difficult to find back-up camera, plus a whole host of options, including GPS, heated seats, steering wheel and outside mirrors, factory bi-xenon headlights with spray washers (instead of the standard halogen/no washer system), dual-action tilt/slide electric sunroof, fog lights, dual climate control and a stellar sound system. The original plastic coolant pipes have been replaced with the new aluminum ones as per the factory recall. If you buy one without the coolant pipe fix it will cost you around 1500 bucks for the fix. As well it has front transverse axle lock, and longitudinal driveshaft lock for off-road conditions. The glove compartment has both heating and cooling capability; the passengers-side outside mirror can be set to dip down while in reverse to allow for better viewing in conjunction with the back-up camera. The seats are full-on electric with multi-memory. The rear luggage area has both the standard retractable cover, and another cargo cover, also retractable. Both the rear deck and the glass flip open independently, and the rear glass has both the electric heating wires and a wiper. Front wipers can be set for rain sensitivity. The steering wheel has the Tiptronic S paddle shifters on it, and the shifter can be set to manually change gears. I recently replaced the battery, one of the two headlight leveling sensors, both rear deck-lid shocks, and the main seal between the engine and the tranny. The two sets of wheels are not perfect, some scrapes are present, but no dings and not bent at all, both have the Porsche badge insert, and clean up just fine. I have had this down to both Porsche dealers in Denver, and there are no fault codes, has a clean bill of health, and is ready to roll. It has been garaged, and I have not hot-rodded around in the thing. The all-wheel-drive system is excellent, no crabbing around corners, runs great in the snow. The car is rated to 150 mph (speedo goes to 160), engine is 8-cylinder 340 hp, and gets between 18 and 22 mpg on the highway depending on how much you put your foot into it. It does not use oil, motor is so quiet it draws comments; body is straight with a very small scratch area over the right rear wheel and some very small scratches from normal highway driving, otherwise near mint. Body is beautifully straight and the black leather interior is in excellent shape. The air conditioning is super, I was down in Texas earlier this year in July and the A/C was very impressive. It comes with all the manuals inside a nice leather pouch, and the service records from the previous owners and myself. The front license plate holder is included. It has never been mounted on the bumper but is included if you are from a state which requires it. I have been running without. The front end is so nice looking I haven’t been able to bring myself to put the holder on. If you have never owned or driven one of these you are in for an experience. For me it’s more like flying a very quiet jet instead of driving a car. The suspension is on the stiffer side, and the steering is very precise, a real pleasure for winding roads and higher speeds. The leather seats are super comfortable for longer trips. I am selling this to replace it with a newer one. The car is up in the Colorado mountains, about 80 miles west of Denver on the other side of the Continental Divide, the town of Frisco is right on I-70 so easy to get to. You can come pick it up here, there is a shuttle service which takes you directly here to Frisco from Denver Int’l Airport (DIA), or I can meet you at the airport. I require a $500 deposit via PayPal within 3 days of winning the sale, and the rest upon delivery. It comes with a spare key as well, both are identical. The vehicle is listed locally, so it may sell here as well.
