This 2003 SVT Ford Focus has a VORTECH Supercharger which gives it an extra 30lbs of boost. ALONG w/many extra and upgrades listed below. Kenny Bell adjustable fuel pump, 42 lb injectors Sport line coil overs kit 1.4 - 2.5, DURA FLEX body kit 17x9 Tenso R wheels w..25 spacers, 3 inch CAT BACK BORLA exhaust stainless steel, NOS bottle hooked up ( never used or filled ) REPLACECED PARTS; OEM: O2 Sensors, belt tensioner, idler pulley, clutch pedal assembly and clutch safety switch. 1 idler pulley. 1 ISSUE: battery light wont go off, had battery and alternator checked both are good, ( ford tech says its a common problem) not to worry about it. As for running condition there are no problems it runs very well, plenty of power. No check engine codes. This car sites 98% of the time, it is started daily and driven around the block. The suspension is tight and car does not pull. This car gets a lot of attention everywhere is goes, it is extremely fast. As for the title, it has a reclaimed status due to a fuel fire that happened a short time after the supercharger install was done, It sounds bad but is NOT, when the 42 lb injectors were installed the O ring was not seated improperly, and when it was fired up it leaked and somehow ignited and melted the fuel injector wiring loom. Still sounds bad right? Well on that 2.0L the fuel injection loom plugs into the main loom, so it was a simple wire loom replacement. I was reported to the insurance company and they totaled it why its beyond me. All the injectors, o rings, wiring harness was replaced 2YRS ago, and I have never had a problem since. The reason I am looking to sell it, is I am unable to shift gears anymore.
