This1994 Mercedes E320 convertible I have owned for the past 7 years, and has been garaged and covered the entire time. I believe I am he third owner. I have only driven it about 1,000 miles per year for the 7 yrs I have owned it, as I own diesel Benzes, so I don't drive the convertible much. I must get rational with the number of cars I own and must sell some. Pros: The car has absolutely no problems, and is in very good condition. The engine runs well, and the transmission changes very smoothly. The A/C blows extremely cold and the heating also works perfectly. Cruise control also functions. All the leather seats are in very good condition, without signs of wear. The original rims are in pristine condition, and have a new set of Kelly tires, which have done about 5k miles to date, and have lots of tread remaining on them. The previous owner updated many features and installed a Blaupunkt Travel Pilot stereo systems which includes GPS navigation and Bluetooth speaker phone using your cell phone with built in car phone mikes. There is also a multi-CD changer in the trunk. Also in the trunk is a 250 w Alpine multi-channel audio amp and sub-woofer which has been custom fitted by a professional car Audio shop. The sound is totally awesome, and can be controlled by a remote control mounted on the steering wheel. Also installed is a Lo-Jack auto recovery system should the car ever get stolen. Also installed are reversing distance sensors as seen on modern day vehicles. Furthermore, there are two completely separate keyless entry systems installed, both control the factory alarm and convenience window control. (The second keyless system I installed, as I actually made and sold these keyless systems, and preferred the system I manufactured.) AMG foot pedals have also been installed. The rag top was replaced when I took possession of the car after which it was garaged and covered all this time, so it is in good condition except for a few loose threads here and there. The power retractable roof performs without problems. It has drivers side and passenger airbags, and roll-bar built into the rear passenger headrests activated if the car ever rolls in an accident. All the original service books and owners manual are included in a zip up MB leather case. There are two wind deflectors which clip over the back seat to prevent your hair blowing around when you have the roof down. (Yes there is a spare wind deflector). Also included are seven spare air mass sensors for the engine. These air mass sensors are $400 each from Mercedes, and are the only thing that seems to fail in the car. So you have seven spare ones just in case. Also the steering dampener I just replaced last week. I do all the mechanical repairs on my cars, better than most mechanics !...... I use synthetic motor oil in the engine also. Cons: A: On the passenger side door there two defects. 1: The clear coat paint is coming off along the ridge where the window meets the door panel, but only on the passenger door. 2: Also the passenger door and front guard has also been keyed or coined, leaving a light scratch. It is not deep, but very light and could be touched up with a paint pen (Pictured) B: On the drivers side rear panel there is a small indentation from a shopping cart. (Pictured) C: The panel front volume control on the Blaupunkt stereo system does not function, but is not a problem because there is a volume control on the steering wheel remote control. D: The vehicle report shows a discrepancy. It says the Odometer reading is correct, but then is says in the title report that it is not correct. Sorry I don't know anything about this, but I assure you, this car has done low miles, just look at the condition of the seats and interior, also the engine is very powerful and uses no oil between changes.
