Shaker Hood MotoeXotica Classic Cars is pleased to present the handsome 1970 Ford Torino GT convertible you see pictured. This is one of only 3,939 1970 Torino GT convertibles built with the 351 Cleveland! This particular Tornio GT comes with an automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes, factory air conditioning and a Marti Report! Finished in dark blue, the paint is in great condition, showing only very minor imperfections. The paint is complimented by gradient white to blue decals down each side of the car, that look great! The power convertible top is finished in white canvas and looks great as it contrasts the exterior paint. The chrome is also in great shape, showing only minor imperfections and still holds onto its bright luster. The body is solid and straight, which is to be expected from a good quality, appreciated 70’s muscle car! Inside, you’ll find that the interior has been finished with blue vinyl bench seats which look great! The front bench seat shows only minor wear. There are no signs of wear or tear to be found on the carpet, dashboard, headliner or door panels. The dashboard shows no sign of cracking or fade and houses the original gauges, which look great. This Torino still has its original AM radio intact as well! The steering wheel has been upgraded to a Grant GT steering wheel and it looks great! The convertible top is power and goes up & down with the flip of a switch. Under the hood, you will find the iconic 351 cubic inch Cleveland V8 engine with an automatic transmission attached. As mentioned previously, this is 1 of 3.939 Torino convertibles built with the 351 Cleveland. The engine bay is clean and looks great. This car came equipped with power steering and power brakes with the front brakes being disc. It is also equipped with factory air conditioning however the blower motor is inoperable. The Torino sits upon a set of 15” chrome Crager S/S Knock Off wheels wrapped in P265/50R15 white letter tires that look great. There are minor imperfections to the wheels but still show very well.
