Up for auction is a 1957 Chevy Pick-Up Truck / Hot Rod Project. It has the front grill of a 1955 Chevy Truck with the 1957 front hood and fenders (for a nice custom look). The frame has been painted black and updated with a Camaro front-end with disc brakes and 2-inch drop spindles – all professionally installed. The rear of the frame has been “C” notched so that it rides low, but still has great suspension travel. The truck also has a 350 small block Chevy and a 700R4 automatic transmission. The firewall has been cut out and a smooth custom panel has been started. It has Chevy Rally Rims and Firestone tires that are in great condition. The buyer will also get the following parts that are not yet installed, such as, the driveshaft, radiator, two-extra rear fenders, two inner-front fenders, updated gauge panel, patch panels for the cab and a tilt steering column. There are no bumpers, front windshield or rear glass for the truck. This is a project that will still need to be completed such as body panel alignment, rear-end alignment and suspension.
