Vehicle Detail

Selling my 1993 Ford Ranger XLT. This truck has been a great one and it pains me to sell it, but I just don't have the time to fix it and the wife wants it gone. The transmission will need to be rebuilt or replaced as I believe the front seal has given up. The transmission is an A4LD and I've priced some out around $300, but as I mentioned, I don't have time to fix it. Other than that, this truck is great. The 3.0 V6 is strong, doesn't smoke and other than a dead battery from not driving it, I've never had an issue with it. 4x4 worked just as it should before the transmission gave up. Here are some of the things I've done to the truck:Installed brand new AC system with R134 retrofitting. New compressor, condenser, evaporator core, hoses, dryer/accumulator and R134 coolant. As you can see, everything was replaced except the blower and inside control. AC blows strong and ice cold now!Tune up including new distributor cap, spark plugs, wires and fuel filter.Replaced IAC (idle air control) valve.New Monroe shocks.Replaced transmission mount.New front bumper valance.New headlight assemblies.Truck also has a very sturdy plastic bed cover (not pictured). I removed it, but can install it back onto the truck. Aside from the transmission work needed, this is a very good and strong truck, comes with the usual scratches and minor dents, but that just adds character! Previous owner installed the hood pins and the only explanation I can come up with is the '93 hood latches were not known for quality and this was an easy fix to keep the hood secure. Truck is located in Dawsonville, GA so if you're local, I can schedule a showing if needed. Buyer will need to arrange to have the vehicle towed. Thanks all and please let me know if you have any questions.
