This old CZ, Type 981 380/400 is a nice clean original survivor that had spent the majority of it's life in a private collection. Numbers matching, frame and engine, 981.2.001552 It's a low use bike that has not been modified at all. Original bars/levers. Pipe in decent shape. Rims very nice condition. Tank is clean. It's got very strong compression, shifts fine. Hope to fire it up later this week. I'll be glad to assist with shipping or crate if needed for costs. Please feel free to ask questions. Thanks! On Nov-05-14 at 08:33:29 PST, seller added the following information: For those who have inquired, this is a running bike. It fires up easily, very strong spark from both coils. Recent carb/ petcock clean but could stand new gaskets as it weeps a bit of fuel. Very tight bike with no top end slap. I pulled the pipe to inspect the bore and it looks very good. Trans shifts perfectly, no false neutrals. Clutch disengages fine, actuation very smooth and does not slip. The bike runs like a bear and pulls extremely strong. Overall, this is a nice tight, relaqtively low use survivor that would make a great addition to a vintage MX collection or upgrade the rear shocks and go vintage racing! Thanks for looking.
