AGAIN, I HAVE THE ORIGINAL VT TITLE AND BILL OF SALE, SHOWING ALL TAXES THAT I PAID. I TRIED TO GET IN CONTACT WITH SELLER AND HE WAS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO DO THIS BECAUSE OF MY SCHEDULE, THEREFORE I AM SELLING THE CAR AT A LOWER PRICE TO ACCOUNT FOR MINOR THINGS NEEDED AND FOR YOUR TIME TO FILE THE PETITION AND GO TO THE COURTHOUSE.***** It has 172203 miles which is low for a Subaru (with proper servicing, they will run well over 250-300K miles) Gray interior which is very clean, and it is a RARE stick shift. Exterior is black. It has almost 4 new Firestone tires. Heads, water pump and timing belt were already changed and replaced at 152K. The car idles smooth and is quiet running. All windows work, heater works as well as AC. CD player and radio work. The check engine light came on which caused the cruise control light to flash which is very common for any Subaru. I had it scanned and it needs a new O2 sensor which is about $35, and rear struts which are $75 for the pair on eBay or Amazon, local places I found charge a few dollars more. Even with the current struts now, car handles roads and bumps flawlessly. There is no rust on the wheel wells, and there are no cracks, giant dents or any paint flaws in the body. Had car appraised as is with title hiccup through 4 dealerships averaging $4300 trade in, dealers are selling this exact same car with more mileage in rough shape from upwards of $5000. I have the bill of sale, and was going to keep this car for myself but it is not my style and I just want to get rid of it. Does NOT currently have a title that can be signed over but original title is in hand. A new title can be obtained by filing a petition with the court. I don't have the time to do this with 2 kids and working over 60+ a week. Cost is about $110-$140 depending what state you are in. This is a very simple procedure to do, and I have done this 2 times before. You get a petition for a title and show up in court to get it put in your name. For me taking a half day to go to the courthouse means losing more money than I get paid in vacation time, so I really can't do it. I also have two young children where I refuse to pay double the fee of daycare for taking a half day from work, losing pay and shelling money out for a sitter to do this. It would cost me double of the petition fee to get a sitter as well as lose pay at work. Please keep in mind you will need to bring a dealer tag, RT tag, or have it picked up and or shipped, or at your own risk use your own plate. Car does run very strong and but I just want it out of my hair. Selling at low price accounting for rear struts, and title petition, as well as your time.
